Tickets include 2 course dinner at BURP.eat.drink for either 5.30pm or 6pm sitting and a ticket to Graeme Connors - From the Backcountry starting at 7.30pm at the MECC.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Please contact us before purchasing as we cannot guarantee that we can cater for all requirements.

Is there allocated seating?

Yes, please book as a group to ensure you are seated together. We cannot guarantee seating allocation for those booked seperately.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

We require all names of attendees, and can be changed by contacting us if needed.

Is there are dress code?

Gents: no singlets, no caps, no board shorts, no hi-vis, no steel caps, no costumes anytime.

Ladies: no gym gear, no caps, no beachwear, no hi-vis, no steel caps, no costumes anytime.
